Owner Unit 88

The current onsite managers have done a great job managing the transition of my unit from an external property manager as well as their continued support since. I had a number of issues with my previous property manager which resulted in the unit being not up to standard. Nikol and the team were exceptional in managing all stakeholders, including myself as the owner, the tenants. They have great attention to detail and uses all their previous experience to manage all facets of the transition. Since the transition, they have also continued to provide professional, efficient and friendly service. They are always willing to answer questions and help with anything I have needed.
