'Throughout the present Covid 19 restrictions, our families units at Unicentral have been fully let. They are part of the letting pool under the management of the onsite managers. The new caretakers have adopted a professional business-like relationship, with rapid reporting, remittances and regular personal contact. Additionally, they have demonstrated a proactive approach to their caretaking duties and improved relationships with the Body Corporate Committee and lot owners.
