Owner of unit 38

We have owned our Unicentral unit for over 10 years and it was more recently managed by local offside management who were initially very good. However, in recent times, our unit had vacant rooms.

We had observed that the new on-site management were very organised, professional and dedicated. So we investigated moving back and found that they had a greater capacity to find new tenants with their targeted marketing. The transfer was easy and straightforward. We have enjoyed pleasant and responsive communication with the onsite team. - Unit 38 Di Hitzke
