'We have been working with Hannah, Josh, David & Nikol as the new management team at Unicentral since they took on the role in 2020. We cannot speak highly enough of this team. They have been very approachable, prompt in communicating in all matters, keeping us informed regarding our unit, along with the welfare of our students who occupy it. The inspections are efficient and we are included when we wish to be. When issues arise in relation to maintenance, they could not be more diligent and helpful in sourcing furnishings, contracting tradespeople and getting things done in a timely manner. The team has successfully sourced and vetted wonderful students, whom we've been lucky enough to have wanted to stay on beyond their first year.
