‘I switched back to onsite management at Unicentral late last year after meeting Nikol and the team. These guys really impressed my wife and me with their friendly manner, commitment to the property management and their integrity. Since changing back to the onsite management they quickly organised all the repairs and maintenance and painting on the unit to bring it back to a high standard. They organised the leases for 2022 last year with great tenants all who are committed to their Uni studies and are looking after the property.
